The entire collection of the Taillardat Company is manufactured in France, in Orléans, in a workshop open on nature, according to a know-how of quality, inherited from the great French tradition of the Art of furniture making.

The various wood species are strictly chosen : beech, oak, wild cherry, mahogany from Honduras.

The pieces of furniture and seats are assembled in a traditionnal way (dovetails, tenons, mortice...),
Woodcarving is entirely hand-made on heavy wood.

Colors and tints are made in our workshops in order to obtain subtle and warm shades, as well as the waxes and patinas.

One of the Taillardat Firm's specialities is the French varnish which gives the furniture of the 18th Century style a golden and more ancient appearance.

The refinement of the Taillardat furniture and seats is due to the great care taken to the utmost detail.
